Raquel Ferreira da Costa joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2019 as an Associate Lawyer. She works in the Life Sciences and Intellectual Property Departments.

Her practice focuses on advising national and international clients in the most diverse sectors of activity, in the field of corporate law, notably in the incorporation and operation of all kinds of companies, legal assistance to the company's day-to-day activity and corporate modifications, corporate secretarial services in global projects involving different jurisdictions, reorganization operations and legal due diligences, assistance in implementing compliance mechanisms and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
