José Luís Monteiro joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2017 and has been Of Counsel since 2024. He has been working in the areas of Contracts, Personal Data Protection and Industrial Property, as well as Litigation & Arbitration.
His practice has focused on both preventive law and legal counselling in the management of civil and commercial disputes.
José Luís has experience in assessing and implementing the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in both national and international companies.
He is a regular speaker at conferences, seminars and workshops on GDPR.
