Introduction

Gonçalo da Cunha joined Eversheds Sutherland in 1991 and has been a Partner since 1994.


Currently, he is Co-Managing Partner of the firm, having occupied the role of coordinator of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Department, being well versed in cross-border as well as domestic M&A transactions.


Gonçalo's strong experience and knowledge in complex and multijurisdictional projects has led to the recognition and recommendation in several international legal directories throughout the years.
