David Alvito joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2021 as a Trainee Lawyer, becoming an Associate in 2023.

He works in the Employment, Benefits and Pensions Department.

David gives assistance to clients in matters related to the human resources daily management.

Monitors labour restructuring processes and Accompanies processes of labour restructurings and collective redundancies, as well as on the business acquisition and sale processes, in the labour area. He also assists companies in disciplinary proceedngs.
