Sara M. Rodrigues, Head of FCB's Competition Department, participated in the Jornal de Notícias' article about the Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC), which stated that "Only 2.7% of the Competition fines were paid since 2004".

“AdC has beem making an effort to conclude the processes in less time, and the courts have also been making faster decisions",  considers Sara M. Rodrigues.
