FCB is now Eversheds Sutherland FCB

From today on, 21 June 2021, FCB will join Eversheds Sutherland. Eversheds Sutherland and FCB have a long-standing working relationship and this coming together more formally is a natural evolution, which brings some changes we would like to share with you:

      ·       From today on, FCB will be Eversheds Sutherland FCB, adopting a new name and a new image. However, the firm’s legal name F. Castelo Branco & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, SP RL will remain the same, as well as all of our legal information.

      ·       FCB’s associated offices in Angola and Mozambique will also become part of the Eversheds Sutherland international network – EVC Advogados, in Luanda, will become Eversheds Sutherland EVC, and AG Advogados, in Maputo, will keep its current name and identity.

      ·       Instead of 70 lawyers, under the new brand our clients can utilise the services of over 3,000 lawyers across the globe. Including our offices in Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, and Faro), and our associated offices in Angola and Mozambique, our clients can turn to 74 Eversheds Sutherland branch offices all over the world.

      ·       The email addresses will use a new format, with all emails sent to the current addresses being forwarded, thus preventing any loss of information

      ·       Other contact and identification details of our office and our lawyers remain unchanged.

There are other important things that will stay the same. Our core values remain unaltered, and our relationship with our Clients, Colleagues and Business Partners will not change. You will always be able to rely on the experience, dedication and client focus of our lawyers, and on the same level of service that you are used to.
