Dealing with official Portuguese public entities in public works, supply contracts, construction, expropriations and environmental matters, including pre-litigation advice and representation, as well as litigation, especially in judicial procedures;

Public construction works and supplies, advising on their formation, namely in public tenders, bid preparation and all documentation required by law, as well as in their negotiation and potential disputes;

Licensing procedures, namely licensing of commercial, industrial and tourist units, advising on all phases of the administrative procedures, including environmental and disputes;

Urban planning, covering allotment licensing procedures and private construction works.
