To help our clients in the internationalisation of their operations to African markets, we have established, in 2005, an association with the Angolan law firm Eversheds Sutherland EVC, which gives us an added capability to provide legal services to our clients, combining our extensive legal knowledge and international know-how with the vast experience and established presence that Eversheds Sutherland EVC has in the Angolan market.
As members of Eversheds Sutherland, and considering the similarities between Angolan and Portuguese laws, an Angolan helpdesk covering all areas of law was created in Lisbon to support Eversheds Sutherland EVC.
This helpdesk allows an active and efficient cooperation between the lawyers in the various areas of law, which has proven to be essential for an increasingly developed and complex jurisdiction such as Angola.
