Luís Bianchi de Aguiar joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2019 as a Senior Counsel. He has an extensive experience in corporate law, advising company boards, especially in commercial law, contract law, public law, civil law and labor law matters. When advising individuals, he deals with matters related to civil, commercial, employment, family and inheritance areas.

Since March 2024, he has been the Executive Director of the Commercial Arbitration Institute, where he is also a member of the Arbitration Council.
