Eversheds Sutherland FCB advised Enermarão on the sale to Finerge of the company Alto Marão, owner of the wind farm called “Parque Eólico de Meroicinha II”, with a total installed capacity of 15 MW, located in Vila Real, Portugal.

The advice provided by Eversheds included supporting the seller in the due diligence phase and preparing, negotiating, and formalizing the contracts through which the transaction was completed.
