Doing Business in Angola - FCB’s contribution to the Practical Law Global Guides

FCB Sociedade de Advogados, through our partner João Robles, has contributed to the Practical Law Global Guide Doing Business in…, with the chapter Doing Business in Angola.

Doing Business in Angola is a Q&A guide that gives “an overview of key recent developments affecting doing business in Angola as well as an introduction to the legal system; foreign investment, including restrictions, currency regulations and incentives; and business vehicles and their relevant restrictions and liabilities”. It also allows comparing answers across multiple jurisdictions.

João Robles, responsible for FCB’s Angola Desk, has contributed with the country chapter for Angola, discussing Angola’s legal landscape and the new laws which have recently come into force in that country.

João Robles’ answers can be read here.
