Considering the situation of global pandemic decreed by the World Health Organization, due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Angolan Government, through Presidential Decree No. 81/20 of 25 March, decreed the State of Emergency for the entire national territory, with a duration of 15 days, starting at 00:00 on March 27, 2020.

In order to implement the aforementioned decree, the Angolan Government published the relevant State of Emergency Regulation, which foresees the necessary and appropriate measures to the situation of the State of Emergency to face the COVID-19 pandemic.
